We offer a high quality psychological therapy service for people aged 16 and over, struggling with common mental health problems.
Psychological therapy is an alternative to medication, which can teach you valuable skills that will last a life time. Gain a better insight into your wellbeing and learn healthy coping strategies.
In feeling better, you will benefit from improved mental and physical health, relationships and overall quality of life. You may have personal goals you want to achieve and we are here to listen and guide you on an upwards journey.

Our therapists are accredited with the British Association of Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapy (BABCP) so you can be sure of their extensive training, knowledge, skills and ethical conduct.
We take pride in offering services in line with the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidance, which means the talking therapies we offer have a strong evidence base and are proven to be effective.

Kiren Kaulder

I am an experienced and passionate mental health therapist, trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). This is the core of my work and reflects the values I like to share in my clinic room; a trustworthy, reliable, structured approach to teaching you in a compassionate way to feel better. CBT is a therapy tailored specifically to your individual needs. I offer a safe environment to work through some of your hardest feelings and thoughts; by challenging you at the right times and with the right techniques you can achieve personal growth, peace of mind and happiness.
I am trained in adapting CBT for Long Term Health Conditions, and have helped people with Fibromyalgia, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Stroke, Cancer, Diabetes, Chronic Pain and Cardiac problems, to name a few.

I am also trained in EMDR, an effective trauma focused therapy. I have experience providing EMDR for a variety of problems including abusive relationships, complex grief, sex trafficking, road traffic accidents, childhood abuse and frontline work during the COVID19 pandemic.

I have worked in mental health services since 2011, when I began supporting individuals with severe mental health problems. In 2013 I began practicing in the NHS working for a Talking Therapies service (formerly IAPT) based in the Midlands, providing therapy and supervision for almost 9 years.

I now specialise in the treatment of OCD and related disorders, such as body dysmorphia, in my role as Lead Therapist for the OCD services at the Nightingale hospital, London. I lead a therapy team who deliver intensive CBT treatment with a focus on exposure and response prevention (ERP), delivered in a mix of both group and individual sessions, as inpatient and day therapy programmes.

As part of my professional development I attend regular training, to ensure my skills are up to date and to maintain my professional accreditation status, with the BABCP.
